Color, creativity, beauty - these are the things I love! My entire life I’ve been looking for the perfect place to bring them all together-I finally found it!

I’m quiet. When you can find others fluttering around the room socializing with everybody, you’ll find me off in the corner having a meaningful conversation with just one. In many ways, I’m an introvert and I shine the brightest just outside the spotlight of attention.

From a young age, I’ve tried to find my place in this extroverted world. While switching high schools four different times, it seemed like it would be impossible to make new friends over and over again. But after the fourth one, I wasn’t shy anymore. That’s when everything changed.

I never turned into an extrovert, but I discovered who I really am. I have been a creator since I was a little girl. Writing, acting, making things look pretty – you name it, creativity runs through my veins.

By my senior year of high school, I was on the Honor Roll, a cheerleader, editor of my school paper and was voted Best Actress in drama. After graduation, I was lucky enough to be accepted into the University of Southern California with two scholarships. I was a Liberal Arts major and I studied journalism and art and worked on the college newspaper where I honed my writing skills.

I’ll never forget what my art history professor said, “Learn to see beauty everywhere you go.” In that phrase, I found my purpose – to bring the beauty I see in the world to life. From stringing words together on a page, to persuading others to see my vision, that is what I have been striving to do ever since.

After I graduated from USC with Honors, I explored different careers in fashion, retail, as a photo stylist, a publicist and a writer, to name a few. Steve and me at Chili Smith Family FoodsEach one held a special place in my heart and further developed my creativity.

When I received my Real Estate License in 1987, I found the perfect opportunity to combine all my unique talents into one career. I love building meaningful relationships with my clients! My affinity for the written word flourishes in my ability to bring a property to life on paper by capturing the spirit of the home. My attention to detail and quality service ensures my clients have an agent who cares deeply and knows every aspect of this industry.

For me, it’s not just about getting the job done, it’s about getting the job done right. For my sellers, that means listing your home at the right price from the very beginning and helping you create the most beautiful property possible. For my buyers, it means showing you how to write the best offer, then using my determination and persuasive writing skills to sell it to the listing agent to get you the house!

One of my favorite parts of every real estate transaction is staging. I became an Accredited Staging® Professional in 2003, long before many people knew what it meant. I stage my listings to create a warm, inviting environment that makes buyers fall in love - they want it - and it triples the sellers’ ability to sell the property at the highest possible price!

Creating this magical setting for my sellers brings me an immense amount of joy and satisfaction-especially when it results in multiple offers!

Combining my passion for all things creative to bring my buyers and sellers an extraordinary experience is what it’s all about for me. This is a story about me – who I am and what makes me that way. At the end of the day, I am a creator and I am a REALTOR®.
